Steph Fretwell, Sunshine Coast Lightning Captain, provided an exclusive hour-long training session to Year 5/6 students at Mueller College in Rothwell, ahead of the Unitywater Lightning Cup happening Friday 23 August. • The students were the lucky recipients of the training session after being the first team from Moreton Bay to register to compete in the Unitywater Lightning Cup netball tournament. • They learnt core skills and then put them to use in a team drill.
