Raquel is the founder of the popular unisex fragrance brand who Is Elijah It all started when she discovered a scent a friend was wearing on the dance floor at Coachella back in 2017. • After discovery that the scent was a fragrance oil from India, Raquel set out to recreate the scent. • After realising it appealed to almost everyone Raquel decided she wanted to see if she could bottle the scent as a perfume rather than an oil. Working with her perfumer, they came up with His/Her. the first scent in the Who Is Elijah range. • Since then the brand has gone from strength to strength, In 2021 the brand was taken on by Adore, David Jones other major retailers.
