One of the most common questions that we are asked before a Forehead Contouring procedure is what kind of X-Rays are needed? • Some doctors tell patients that they need to have X-Rays or CT scans before a procedure, but that is only helpful if they are uncertain about what they are going to see or how things are going to go. • In a recent study that we published (linked here: https://journals.sagepub.com/eprint/W...) it was determined that there were NO degree of complications in hundreds of patients that did not have imaging. Essentially, if you know how to do the procedure, imaging is an unnecessary dose of radiation for patients. Not to mention the time and expense!
