Single Serving Baked Oatmeal • Recipe: https://www.plantforwardsabrina.com/s... • Sometimes I'm just craving a piece of cake but don't want a sugar crash after I eat it and I don't want an entire cake... so I make this! It's perfect for dessert or as a breakfast, which is my kind of recipe! • Since this recipe only uses 1/2 a banana, I'd recommend doubling the recipe and making one for the next morning (storing in the fridge)! • Ingredients: • -1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats) • -1/2 banana, mashed • -1/4 cup almond milk • -1 tbsp maple syrup • -1 tsp vanilla • -1/2 tsp baking powder • -handful of chocolate chips • Instructions: • -Preheat the oven to 350F. • -Mash your 1/2 banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour in an oiled ramekin (8 oz ideal) and bake for 25-30 minutes
