Oven Roasted Pecans: • 2 cups pecan halves • 2 Tablespoons melted butter (I used unsalted) • 1/2 Tablespoon (1 1/2 teaspoons) oil (I used sunflower) • 1/2 teaspoon salt • Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 c) place all ingredients as show and stir well to evenly coast all pecans. Place in a roasting dish (use similar to what I used as to allow for stirring thoroughly mid way through) Bake 10 minutes take out of oven and stir pecans thoroughly. Place back in for between 5-10 minutes. Take out and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container. Great for snacks, gifts, trail mix, with popcorn.
