TROUBLESHOOTING HUSQVARNA K970 CUT OFF CONCRETE GAS SAW NO START CARBURETOR CLEAN DISASSEMBLY FAIL! • • The guy who is going to be doing my new driveway, walkway and stoop asked me to look at his cut off saw. He said it wont start anymore after one of his guys put in too much oil to gas mix. • After removing the cover and checking for spark, I noticed the spark plug gap was bent out of whack. It nevertheless has spark albeit a weak one. I replaced the plug just for testing. The first thing I noticed was that it didnt have an air filter at all! With equipment like this that involves a lot of fine dust like chainsaws and such, an air filter are like the lungs of the heart!
