After barley is soft with a fork add peas kidney beans 🫘 🫛 • Saute' diced onions, carrots tomatoes🍅 • Pour into the barley broth. • Now add oregano, bone/vegetable broth. • Add assorted potatoes. 🥔 Close the lid. Let it simmer on low heat until potatoes are soft. • Garnish with coriander or parsley.
