WE MADE FREEZER JAM recipe amp total cost

We half hazardly made up our own recipe and it worked! We loved the experience and most of all love the jam! yum yum! • To make (6) 8 ounce jars: • 5 1/2 cups Berries (I used strawberries) • 1 1/2 cups Sugar • 6 TBSP Freezer Pectin • 1. Stem and wash berries • 2. Slice berries • 3. Mash in 9x13 pan with potato masher • 4. Combine sugar and pectin in a separate bowl • 5. Add mashed berries to pectin/sugar mixture • 6. Stir for 3 minutes • 7. Pour in to mason jars (leave 1/2 at top) • Let sit for 30 minutes then freeze.
