I have literally grilled thousand of Trident Salmon patties and Hundreds of Pollock when we used to vend at events and am keeping these stocked in our freezer as they are quick, easy and tasty! I like mine with Mayo, a bit of onion and lots of tomato on my Salmon or Pollock burger. Salmon has a bit more flavor and cooks about the same time as Pollock.
