Spicy Chicken Recipe in Amritsari Style • • Amritsari Murgh or Amritsari Chicken • This is too spicy and too tasty recipe • Any Amritsari style recipe is indeed tasty • Let's begin, without wasting time • At first we'll marinate the chicken with Salt, Turmeric, Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, and Curd • After all these ingredients, which is compulsory is the Ghee. For 500g chicken 1 TBSP Ghee is sufficient • For now we'll put aside the marinated chicken for 1 hour • Next we'll make Special Amritsari Masala • In a pan we'll take 1 TSP Black Pepper, 1 TSP Coriander Seeds, 1 TSP Cumin Seeds, 2 Green Cardamom, 1 Black Cardamom, 4 Cloves, 1 TSP Mustard, 1/4 TSP Fenugreek Seeds and dry roast it for 2 minutes • After getting mild aroma, we'll turn off the flame otherwise the masala will burn out • After cooling, we'll make a fine powder of it • For 500g chicken this amount of masala powder will suffice • And everytime we should make fresh masala for perfect taste • Next, in a pan with 3 TBSP oil we'll add 1 TBSP butter and and heat it • Next we'll fry the marinated chicken • Side by side in another pan we'll heat same amount of oil and butter for making gravy • Next we'll add 2 Bay leaves, and half chopped Green Chillies and fry for 30-40 seconds • Next we'll add 2 large size onion • After 10 minutes in first pan we'll check the chicken and flip them to fry other side • In second pan after the onion get well fried we'll add 2 large size tomato puree • Again we'll flip the chicken in first pan. Like this we'll 60% cook the chicken • Then we'll add special Amritsari Masala, turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chillies paste, and Salt • After mixing then well, we'll add 2 TBSP curd • After frying all these for 5 minutes we'll add remaining marination paste • Then we'll add fried chicken into the gravy one by one • Next we'll add remaining butter oil from the fried chicken with some hot water into the gravy, to fully cook the chicken • Then we'll left the whole thing for 10 minutes • Now Spicy Amritsari Murgh or Amritsari Chicken is ready to serve.
