When bottles get low, I like do replace them before they are empty, that way I can do a little comparison. It is good to taste things on their own to remind yourself what they taste like. It makes your cocktails better. I'm comparing my old aquavits, OP Andersen and Aalborg Jubilaeums, to my new one Svöl Swedish style. Aquavit is delicious if you can get hold of it.
