Removing a tub surround to create a walk in shower space! I used my Ryobi oscillating tool to cut the edges of the sheet rock becuase the tub surround is behind it. Once I finished that I got out the Ryobi sawzall and started making cuts in the fiberglass tub. Make syre to wear safety glasses, a mask, long sleeves, and I prefer cut resistant gloves as some of the edges can be sharp! When cutting out the tub, be sure to not go too deep as you may go through the sheet rock leading to another room. Also keep in mind of where your cutting, you do not want to hit electrical or water lines. This was a fairly easy diy project with the correct tools! #home #bathroomremodel #walkinshower #diyprojects
