Fragging My Favorite Coral The Weeping Willow Toadstool

I did it. I fragged the Weeping Willow leather coral I purchased early 2019. Why? It was getting too large for the frag tank. Truth be told, I just need a larger frag system but that’s another video for another day. I also wanted to spread the love in our local STL reefing community. To my surprise I was able to get 13 frags out of this piece! • While the mother colony recovers, it seems the frags are doing really well! I am going to keep 3 of these frags to grow out in my tanks. Redundancy is never a bad thing when keeping and fragging coral. Maybe I’ll do a giveaway for one?
