Classic Mini Cooper electric conversion for smallcarBIGCITY. • As promised a full technical video for Rosie, the now 100% electric classic Mini Cooper. Rosie is one of smallcarBigCity's fleet of classic MIni's and is usually seen driving tourists around London. She is now fully electric and will be the first electric classic private hire vehicle designed for tours of London.
