One of the terms you may come across somewhere is called alternate picking. And all that means is that instead of just playing down, for every note, right , I am going to start playing down up, down up , so I am going to alternate. Up down, up down, or down up, down up. So, all right you can see I am playing down and then up, down and then up. So, remember, every single time you go down, you have to come up anyways, so all I am doing is using every motion to complete a thought, right. So I am going down up. There you go, alternate picking.
