After mounting, the PCB board and its electronic parts don't have a solid, which needs for reflow soldering process, when relow soldering, the air or nitrogen is heated to a sufficiently high temperature to the circuit board with parts, to melte the solder on the two sides of parts and bonded to the motherboard.
