Wild Camping On A High Mountain in Snowdonia

#wildcamp #snowdonia #msr • The hardest slog up a 3,209 foot mountain in Snowdonia. I climbed Pen Yr Ole Wen and did a wild camp next to the summit. • My backpack without water and the tent weighed in at around 9kg with the added water bottles and tent it came in at just under 14kg. I have swapped out my Alpkit Brukit for the sea to summit kettle, small stove and canister to lighten my load. • This was a test for the West Highland Way to see if I could in anyway lighten my pack.
