The way to get access to them is exactly the same: you do it by unlocking any Rank 4 aircraft from the British, the US or the French tech tree, or by obtaining one of the Israeli premiums. As with ground vehicles, most aircraft employed by the Israeli Air Force were purchased from other countries… but Israeli engineers did a great job of improving and modifying those designs to make sure that they could achieve air superiority even when completely outnumbered.
