The hymn tune Freu Dich Sehr is also commonly known as Genevan 42 , due to Louis Bourgeois adapting it for the Genevan Psalter in the 16th century. Often sung to the text of Comfort, comfort ye, my people , I've instead written this more with the feeling of the text Praise to thee and adoration . This melody has always been a favorite!
