I hired my first employees and lived off a steady diet of adrenaline and caffeine. • 21 yrs old: Began coaching university students on how to launch their own home maintenance businesses. • 21 yrs old: Joined a successful real estate investor as Head of Acquisitions Property Management, learning how to source off-market deals, raise capital, and manage a large rental portfolio. I was hungry to learn but drowning in new challenges. • 22 yrs old: Coached 50+ students on how to start and grow their own home maintenance businesses. • 22 yrs old: Immersed myself in real estate investing—books, podcasts, courses, and events. • 23 yrs old: I bought my first rental property using the BRRRR method and creative financing. I was terrified but did it anyway. I lived on job sites, knocked on doors for deals, and built my team systems. • 24 yrs old: I had purchased my first million in real estate, refining my processes to move even faster. • 25 yrs old: crossed $3.5 million in acquisitions and started consulting other investors with my Your First Income Property Program to help them dodge the mistakes that nearly sank me. • 26 yrs old: I passed $6 million in acquisitions and launched RentalConsulting.com to guide investors through scaling rental properties. • 27 yrs old: $10 million+ in real estate acquisitions for myself and other investors • Today: Own a growing portfolio of multi-family and single-family properties and continue to invest in and expand.
