What makes Bracewell's culture unique? • Hear insights from our partners, associates and summer associates. • Visit our website to learn more about career opportunities at Bracewell: https://bracewell.com/careers • Transcript: • Kate McGregor: I chose Bracewell because when I summered here, I could look around the firm and I saw people whose lives looked like what I was trying to build. They had really interesting, fulfilling practices, but they also had lives outside of the firm. They had families. They had interests. • Nour Haikal: I honestly felt very valued at the firm. I feel like I've always had really great partners and associates who I feel are very invested in my professional and personal development. • Chase Edmunds: I could tell that they cared about me, more than just my GPA, and so that made a lasting impact on me. That's ultimately why I decided to come to Bracewell. • Nancy Davis: The people at Bracewell are so nice, and for the last 13 years I've enjoyed coming to work every single day. • Chase Edmunds: Bracewell's culture is unique from other law firms I think in the way that we collaborate and in the way that we support one another. Working in a law firm in general can be difficult, but I think that Bracewell lawyers do a really good job of making it a little bit easier by supporting one another and allowing us to try to chase passions outside of the office or be there for family members or go through difficult times and not feel like we're alone. • Nour Haikal: People genuinely want to get to know you outside of work, and they are really interested in your life outside of work. • Shruthi Prabhu: It's unique in that everyone cares about you, not just as an associate, not just as a billing machine, as one would put it, but as a person. They're very invested in you when you first start. • Caleb Hill: The level of support and mentorship I've received has been life-changing. A lot of times it's not even just career advice that I'm receiving, but also just personal life advice. • Nancy Davis: We also have a very entrepreneurial culture. The people that tend to do well at Bracewell and tend to enjoy working here are people that want to push themselves and want to advance themselves. The firm is really supportive of all of its lawyers, associates, and partners and everybody in between of going out learning new areas of the law, building expertise and building a practice. • Eston Jones: Having a firm help you grow purposefully, I think, is key to having a successful career. Everybody has a smile and a friendly thing to say. Easy conversationalists. The community vibe, the teamwork and the growth are very clear even from the beginning. • Kate McGregor: What we do isn't limited to what we do here in this building. We also have obligations to our families, which for most of us is at the end of the day our why, and then also our communities. That our culture isn't just what we do in terms of substantive work, it's how we do it, and it's what else we're balancing that with. • • Subscribe to our YouTube channel: / @bracewellllp • Subscribe to our newsletters: https://bit.ly/3s0LzT7 • Connect with Bracewell online: • Website: https://bracewell.com/ • LinkedIn: / bracewell • X/Twitter: / bracewelllaw • Threads: https://www.threads.net/@bracewellllp • Instagram: / bracewellllp • Facebook: / bracewell.llp • TikTok: / bracewell.llp • #lawyer #lawfirm #lawfirmlife #WorkAtBracewell
