Best if you can find fresh noodles in the fridge section of the grocery store (usually just soak in boiling water for a minute), but can be made with dried egg noodles, ramen OR even pasta (yep really, I've made Lo Mein plenty of times with SPAGHETTI, no one can tell the difference once it's cooked!)
