Surviving Cabin Fever in Caravan Westport New Zealand

I arrive in Westport on the West Coast of the South island before the rain arrives. Then there are multiple days of wet weather! I do get cabin fever after being stuck inside this small caravan and brave the rain to start exploring the area. I'm based at an NZMCA park with a freedom camping area next door. • I also start having problems with my shower! The hot water is just not staying on for long... one solution is to go to the local pool for a swim and I found this really helped with the cabin fever too. • The weather starts to improve and I manage a walk along Cape Foulwind... an appropriate name, as it was extremely windy!
