California Air Tools 2010 amp 2012 Air Compressor Comparison Review

Just about every tool that I purchase, I do as much research as possible to ensure I’m buying what I want, need, and that it is the best value for my money. I have had an eye on California Air for some time and when my air compressors failed, I had to replace them. As I always do, I turned to YouTube for additional information on California Air compressors besides just the specs on their website. All videos that I found (most by California Air) just compare theirs to a generic brand. Some regular folks did unboxing videos but I did not find a single one that had a head to head comparison of California Air. • Being that the specs for the 2012ALFC were outstanding, better than those of the 2010ALFC, I paid the premium amount and got the best one available… More power, more air, longer life, or so I thought! • When I finally laid my hands on two brand new units 2010 ALFC and 2012 ALFC, I realized that the 2012 was just a “bunch of hot air.” I felt obligated to share my experience. As I mentioned in the video, I did call and talk to California Air directly asking them why the 2010 ALFC promises what it delivers but the 2012 ALFC doesn’t, it was like talking to a wall. The rep. didn’t seem to care about the concerns I had at all. When I told him the 2012 didn’t perform better than the 2010, he seemed aggravated that I had the opportunity to compare the two. He kept saying “altitude makes a difference” as if I have one set at 10’ above sea level and the other at 4000’ above sea level while comparing side by side. Obviously we got nowhere and I realized I have to spread the word. • I hope you find this video useful and learn something from my experience.
