Veg Lasagna Recipe | Veggie Lasagna Indian Style | Easy Veg Lasagna Recipe • VEG BREAD LASAGNA • Preparation time: 15-20 minutes • Cooking time: 25-30 minutes • Servings: 2 • Ingredients • ************************ • For Toasting Bread • ************************ • 4 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) • 8-10 Bread Slices (ब्रेड स्लाइस) • ************************ • For Stuffing • ************************ • 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) • 1 tbsp Garlic - chopped (लहसुन) • 1 medium Onion - chopped (प्याज़) • 1 medium Capsicum - diced (शिमला मिर्च) • Bell pepper(yellow and red)-1 cup • Mushrooms - 300 gm • ¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels - boiled (भुट्टे के दाने) • 1 tsp Oregano (ओरिगैनो) • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) • Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार) • 1 medium Tomato - chopped (टमाटर) • ************************ • For red sauce • ************************ • • 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) • Garlic 5-6 cloves (sliced) • Onions 1 medium size (chopped) • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp • Tomatoes puree 2 cups • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp • Oregano 1 tsp • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp • Salt to taste • A pinch of black pepper • ************************ • Veg Lasagna Preparation Methods: • ************************ • Set a saucepan on low heat, add butter, garlic and onions, and cook until onions are translucent. • Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and cook on low flame for 15-18 seconds. • Now, add the tomato purée and tomato ketchup,oregano,red chili flakes black pepper and salt stir well and cook on medium high heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. • Homemade red sauce is ready, keep it aside to be used later In the lasagna. • ************************ • For Stuffing • ************************ • 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) • 1 tbsp Garlic - chopped (लहसुन) • 1 medium Onion - chopped (प्याज़) • Mushrooms - chopped (ब्रोकोली) • For Marinated Tomato • 2 medium Tomato - sliced (टमाटर) • 1 tsp Garlic - chopped (लहसुन) • few Coriander Leaves - chopped (धनिया पत्ती) • Salt to taste, (नमक स्वादानुसार) • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) • ************************ • For Tomato sauce • ************************ • 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) • 1 tbsp Garlic - chopped (लहसुन) • 1 cup Tomato Puree (टमाटर प्यूरी) • Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार) • ½ tsp Sugar (चीनी) • ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup (टाॅमेटो केचप) • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) • ½ tsp Oregano (ओरिगैनो) • ************************ • Other Ingredients • ************************ • pinch of Red Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) • Grated processed Cheese (कसा हुआ चीज) • Cheese slice -4 • Mozzarella cheese • ************************ • For Toasting Bread • ************************ • Take the bread slices and cut the edges then flatten them using a rolling pin. • Now add butter in a pan and toast one side of the bread then remove and set aside. • ************************ • For Stuffing • ************************ • In a pan heat butter then add garlic, onion and saute until translucent. • Now add capsicum, sweet corn kernels, mushrooms, and tomatoes and continue cooking for 2 minutes. • Then add oregano, red chilli flakes, salt, oregano, black pepper and continue cooking until everything is cooked completely and set aside for further use • ************************ • For Assembling Bread Lasagna • ************************ • Layering baking of lasagna • · Garlic butter • · Red sauce (very thin layer) • · Bread sheets • · Red sauce • · Sauteed veggies • · cheese slice • · Sauteed veggies • · Mozzarella cheese • · Bread sheets • · Red sauce • · Repeat the same layering process • · Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
