Raspberry Pi Zero W, Hq Raspberry Pi sensor, and months of work have lead to this. I know I have been teasing this video since summer, but here it is in all its final glory, 50 minutes of our Super 8 digital camera build. In the vider we do discuss how the idea came to be, how it went from a true conversion to a build of a unique video camera. The Raspberry pi high quality sensor gives us 12 megapixel photos, will record video at 1080 60 fps and with its built in C mount we are able to use a wide range of cinematic lenses from cctv lenses, through 16mm cinematic lenses. The Raspberry Pi itself offered us a wide range of user capabilities, and the advent of a battery pack we are able to take the camera on mobile journeys into the great unknown.
