Using cups with negative pressure can be so helpful for any restricted tissue but I love to utilize them as a tool for c/section scars. • Usually, where the incision was “closed” will be the most restricted. Scars can be numb, painful, sensitive, thick, immobile, and cause other tissue above and below them to also be limited • Once a scar is healed you need to get it moving. • Using cups with negative pressure WITH movement not just passive is so helpful and we can see a big change in pain, improved mobility, nerve sensitivity, and sliding and gliding of tissues • You have to bend, twist, lift, contort yourself to hold a squirmy baby and toddler. And your scar should never be a reason that causes you pain or restriction • Save this and like it so you can see more about birth prep and recovery ❤️🩹 • #AfterBirth #EducatedMotherhood #Postpartum #BodyPositive #MomBod #PostpartumPositivity #SuperMom #PostpartumMovement #cesarean #csectionscar #scar #rehab #physicaltherapy #pelvicfloor #csectionmama ignore!
