Nervous about starting the 3-Day Sardine Challenge? So was I! • I decided to kickstart my Carnivore Journey with a 3 day Sardine Challenge. I dislike fish so I knew this would be a challenge. Sharing my experience and how it really wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. • Thank you to @carnivoredoctor @DoctorBoz @KenDBerryMD for all the information and videos you provide to help me make this decision. • How I cooked my sardines: • 1 Tbsp Butter melted in a frypan • 1 can of sardines added (chop up as needed if you need to disguise it) • Cook for 30 seconds to a minute • Put the mixture on a plate • I then added the following Redmond’s Seasoning salts: Red Rock BBQ, Organic Season Salt, Wasatch Steak • The electrolytes I use are LMNT • Receive a bonus sample pack with purchase when using my link http://elementallabs.refr.cc/jessicawolf
