It is a dry dish which tastes great with crispy parathas • or rice.you can easily carry it in journey too.Try this wonderful awesome meat dish. • Ingredients • Keema or minced meat ..................250 g • Tomato.........................................2 large cut • Green coriander leaves..................1 cup • Methi (fenugreek)..........................1 cup • Matar (green peas)........................1/2 cup • Ginger garlic paste....................... 5 tsp • Onion.......................................... 2 large (finely chopped) • Green chilli ................................. 5 • Salt............................................. to taste • Turmeric powder.......................... 1/2 tsp • Red chilli powder..........................2 tsp • Coriander powder..................... ...3 tsp • Garam masala paste.................. 1 tsp • Method • 1. Heat up the oil in a wok. put onion and green chilli fry them until onion become golden brown • 2. Put keema and fry it for 2 min now add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder,red chilli powder ,salt. • 3. Add coriander powder tomatoes coriander leaves and close the lid for 10 min • 4. Add green peas, put a glass of water again and close the lid for 10 min • 5 Add fenugreek leaves and cook for 5 min. • 6. As the oil oozes out your keema methi matar is ready.
