Welcome to the Saturday Surprise workout! • This week's workout is a series of mobility flows. Our focus will be spine and hips, but at the end of this workout your entire body will feel looser and more limber. • *I highly recommend grabbing a chair, foot stool, or yoga blocks and having it nearby. I'm not very flexible and some of the flows can be challenging for those of us that are tighter. Using something to elevate your hands is a great way to modify and keep this workout challenging without being impossible. • Is there a format you'd like to see or one that you want to see more of?
