Healthy waffles

Banana Peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal waffles • Ingredients • • 1 mashed banana (or as many as you like) I usually use about 1 or 2 • • ½ cup peanut butter (crunchy works better) • • Pinch of salt • • 2 cups instant oats • • 1 cup milk • • 1 tbsp baking powder • • ¼ cup vegetable oil (olive oil works great too) • • 1 tbsp vanilla essence or 1 tsp vanilla extract • • ¼ cup corn starch (to get it crunchy) • • Semi sweet chocolate chips (as much as you like) I generally use about ½ cup • Method • 1. Mix banana, peanut butter, salt, corn starch, vanilla essence and baking powder in a bowl. • 2. Add oats and milk, mix well. • 3. Mix in oil. • 4. Add more milk if needed; batter should be a bit runny. • 5. Stir in chocolate chips. • 6. Let batter sit for 10 mins at least (helps get it crunchy). • 7.
