Hey Pilates Lovers! • Hope you are all keeping safe and well! • I LOVE the barre! I used to do ballet, and there's something so nostalgic and familiar about standing at the barre. Well, in this case the chair! :) • We'll use light hand weights in this workout - but these are completely optional!
