MY FAVORITE CHILI OIL! 🌶️I like to keep the ingredients pretty simple to make the oil more versatile. Feel free to add whatever spices you desire! • RECIPE HERE: https://healthynibblesandbits.com/how... • Some notes: • You can sub gochugaru with Aleppo pepper. Aleppo pepper is spicier, so you might want to halve the amount to start and then adjust the seasoning • DO NOT pour hot oil into a glass bowl because it may crack. I usually use handmade ceramic bowls for this BUT if you want to be safe, put the spices in a stainless steel bowl or another saucepan • I don’t put the spices into the saucepan that I use to heat the oil because the saucepan still has a lot of residual heat, which can burn the spices, especially the gochugaru • #chilioil #comfortfood #asianfood
