Convert arced polylines to linear segment polylines enabled by CADPower amp GeoTools

Converts arc segments in polylines or ARC objects to polylines with linear interpolated segments. The arc section is approximated by connecting with a number of straight line segments. The linear segment of the original polyline is left as it is.
