Check it out • Please like, share subscribe. • You can also follow us on • Instagram (cookingmamaandson) • and on Facebook (  / cookingmamaandson  ) • Ingredients: • 1/2 onion • 2 Garlic cloves • 1/4 of a cinnamon stick • 2 Cloves • 1 tomato • 3 dried chiles guajillo seeds removed • 1 dried chiles ancho seeds removed • 1/4 cup sesame seeds • 4 pieces of baguette or a hoagie roll • 1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts • 1/2 cup of pumpkin Pepitas shelled • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds with shells • 1 Tortilla • 3 peppercorns • 2 cups of chicken stock • chicken • Directions • First you have to heat a nonstick skillet and add first the sesame seeds. Toast them stirring often until they are golden brown be careful because they tend to jump. • After me Sesame seeds are toasted, remove them from the Heat an add your peanuts and pumpkin seeds also toasting till golden. • After this you just going to semi fry everything in batches. Being careful not to burn anything because your pipian will turn out bitter. • Once all of your ingredients are fried, transfer them to a blender in batches and completely blend until there are no lumps or chunks. You are looking for a smooth sauce. • Next (and that step is optional) you are going to heat up a saucepan with some oil. Measure out 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour and add it to the oil. Toast until a nice golden brown. • Add your sauce to the flour mixture stirring constantly making sure it doesn't stick. Don't forget to check for flavor! Add Salt as needed! • Moler todo con caldo de pollo • Freír harina y agregar la pasta y caldo de pollo.  Sazonar con sal al gusto. • Serve with a Mexican / Spanish rice and either tortillas or bread. • Provecho!
