Coffee hack how to motorize your manual hand cranked coffee grinder

One of the best ways to improve your coffee is to switch to a good burr grinder for even particle size. My motorized grinder is great, but LOUD. When I'm up early and don't want to wake the house, I switch to my hand-cranked coffee grinder. But some days I'm too lazy (read: uncoordinated) to hand-crank.
