Egremni plaža je udaljena od glavnog grada Lefkasa oko 40km i od mesta Vasiliki oko 20km. U pitanju je jedna od plaža zbog kojih se dolazi na Lefkadu i po kojima je Lefkada poznata. • Do nje možete stići stepenicama ili morskim putem. Postoje brojne agencije koje organizuju obilazak ove, i drugih plaža u okolini, pa možete otići na jednodnevni izlet i pored ove posetiti i Porto Katsiki i Agiofili plaže. • Obala na plaži Egremni je pokrivena šljunkom i za prijatan ulazak u vodu i izlazak iz nje, poželjne su morske sandale. Dubina je velika već posle metar-dva, pa je neophodno paziti na decu i neplivače. Talasi su konstantni i ponekad veoma snažni, visoki i do 3m, pa u kombinaciji sa relativno naglom dubinom mogu biti vrlo opasni. • Na plaži nema nikakvih sadržaja pa je neophodno poneti hranu, vodu i suncobrane.
