In a bowl add Nurpur butter and sugar mix it with hands. • 2. Then add flour, egg and mix again. Add chilled water to form a hard dough. Let it rest for 10-15 mins. • Directions for Orange Filling Preparation: • 3. In a pot, add sugar, egg yolks, and cook until sugar melts. Add orange juice and cook for 1-2 mins. • 4. Add Nurpur Dairy Cream and mix it well. Orange filling is ready. • Directions for Caramel Syrup Preparation: • 5. In a pan heat sugar and cook until it melts. Now add cream and mix it well. Your caramel syrup is ready. • Directions for Assembling: • 6. Take the prepared dough and roll it out into flat circle. • 7. Transfer it into tart pan. Remove the extra edges. Prick the holes with fork. • 8. Place butter paper on it and add a layer of split chickpeas to retain the shape of tart while baking. • 9. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10-12 mins. • 10. Take it out of the oven. Remove the split chickpeas and butter paper. Let it cool at room temperature. • 11. Now pour the prepared orange filling to the tart base. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. • 12.
