Another how to make pasta video. Farfalle, or Bow Tie, was the noodle of one of our favorite dishes from one of our favorite Italian restaurants when my wife and I were engaged. It is near and dear to us but also breaks up the monotony of spaghetti and rotini type noodles from the store. It just plain looks cool.
