Because of coconut milk and palm sugar. In this recipe i use Lamb but you can use any meat up to your liking. • Many Thai people, such as myself, do not like oily food. For example massaman curry. So, i adjust my curry recipe to make it less oily than normal massaman curry but still keep it as the original taste. if you need it more original taste you can add double of the coconut milk from my recipe. • 500 g. Beef ,Chicken or Lamb • 2 - 4 Bay Leaves • 1 handfull Roasted Peanut • 1 Large Onion • 200 ml. Coconut Milk • 1 tbsp. Palm Sugar • 2-4 Tbsp Tamarind Paste , adjusting upon your tamarind juice. • 300 g. Potato • 200 g. carrot • Fish Sauce or salt to taste • **Please be understand that all these measurements can be adjust up to your taste buds.Sometimes the seasonings we use can be a bit different.
