#landrover #restoration #starter • Here I am 'bench' testing a Land Rover Series 3 starter motor off a diesel model. I rebuilt the unit with new bushes, brushes and clutch unit and tested off the battery here. Attach the earth to the negative battery pole and housing, attach the positive to the solenoid and positive battery pole. Then run a cable between the spade connector on the solenoid to the other main connection and bingo!
