Icon of the Seas Thrill Island Chill Island and Aquadome Ep 2

We continue our boarding day by exploring Icon of the Sea's pool deck and outdoor activities. There are 7 pools on Icon of the Seas and the unique part of this ship is many are facing out towards the water instead of being in the center of the ship. The first pool is Cloud 17 which is a calm infinity edge pool. Then we check out the Royal Bay pool which is the largest pool at sea. It has chairs inside the pool area for relaxing and perfect for when the kids are swimming but you don't quite want to be all the way in the pool. The Cove pool is similar to Cloud 17 as it overlooks the edge and is perfect for watching the views as you are leaving ports. Then we come upon the EPIC Thrill Island which is the largest water park at sea. There are 6 different water slides and Crown's Edge which is a ropes course along side of the rock climbing wall that overlooks the ocean. Right next to the putt putt is The Hideaway which is an adult only infinity edge pool with two hot tubs, live music and a bar. We get a drink at Basecamp bar and have an included burger at the Basecamp fast food restaurant. We check out the windjammer which is located right next to the Royal Bay pool area but just right inside in the nice air conditioning. On the same level is the Aquadome but it is all the way to the front of the ship. The Aquadome is a first of its kind. Its a cool and calm area during the day with stunning views and an amazing coffee shop called the Rye and Bean. At night it transforms into a one of a kind aqua show theater that I will showcase in my later videos. It was the best show I have ever watched at sea or land. We continue exploring the outside of the ship and see the Swim and Tonic which is a pool with many bar seats inside and you can drink in the pool. This is a family pool and kid drinks can also be made to order.
