So glad you stopped by to watch my video. ๐ • Let me know in the comments what Breakfasts \\ Brunches you like so I can upload them too! • Your support and thoughts mean everything to me and I really hope you like this video and find it helpful ๐ธ • ------------------------------------------------------------------ • ๐ถ As always - โช@artlist_ioโฌ • ------------------------------------------------------------------ • Contact connect me on social media - • My Instagram: / dianavfood • Facebook page: / dianasveganfood • Tiktok: / dianavfood • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • This video recipes: • Savory muffins (GF) ๐๐ฅง • Ingredients: • Dry • 1 cup whole spelt / buckwheat flour (as gf) • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp - dry thyme, oregano, garlic and chilli flakes • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast • 1 tsp corn starch • Wet • 3 tbsp vegan cream cheese (I’m using “Tofutti”) • 75g of soy yogurt (or any other but natural taste as possible) • 1 cup vegan cheese • 2 tbsp tomato sauce • 2 tbsp plant-based milk (I’m using oat milk) • Others • 2/3 cup drained olive rings (black or green) • 2/3 cup corn • 2 tsp olive oil • Sunflower and pumpkin seeds • ------------------------------------------------------------------ • Frittata burrito (GF) ๐ฏ • Ingredients: • “Egg” • 1/3 of each flour - chickpea, red lentil and buckwheat • 1 tsp - salt, dried oregano • 1/2 tsp - turmeric, paprika, chili flakes • 2 tsp nutritional yeast • Black pepper by taste • 1 cup of water • Vegetables • 2 medium tomatoes • 1 zucchini • 1 red bell pepper • 1 medium onion • 200g portobello mushrooms • Handful spinach • Other greens - parsley, coriander, basil, chives • Others • Tortilla (for gf - choose gf tortilla) • Vegan cream cheese • Pesto • Spicy sauce • ------------------------------------------------------------------ • Shakshuka (GF) ๐ ๐ • Ingredients: • “Eggs” • 2 Cups of corn kernels • 1/2 cup of raw cashews • 1 cup - water / soy milk / oat milk / corn water (from can) • *For firmer eggs add more cashews, up to 1 cup. • Or use less water / corn. • Spices • 1 tsp black Indian salt / any other type • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (powder / flakes) • 1/2 tsp turmeric and organic soup powder • Sauce • 3 large / 4 medium tomatoes, ripe and cut into small cubes • 1 white onion sliced into strips (optional) • 1 red bell pepper cut into cubes • 1 grated zucchini (no need to peel) • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves (optional) • A handful of chopped spinach • A bunch of chopped parsley • 2 stalks of green onion cut into rings (optional) • 2 tbsp of tomato paste (I use MUTTI) • 4-5 tbsp of olive oil for frying • Spices • 1.5 tsp Himalayan salt / other • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (powder / flakes) • Half a teaspoon - cumin, sweet paprika, hot paprika • Gluten-free Challah (instructions below) • Dry: • 250g gluten-free bread flour • Flat tbsp dry yeast • 2 flat tbsp brown sugar • 1 tsp salt • Wet: • 2 tbsp olive oil • 250ml room temperature water • Challah instructions - • In a mixer bowl stir the dry ingredients, then add the olive oil and part of the water, mix on a low speed and add slowly add the water.
