Bolognese is one of the GREATEST sauces in the history of the world. This hearty slow cooked meat sauce is AMAZING! Although the cook time is about 2.5 to 3 hours, the prep is relatively light. • Welcome to ‪@cheftuan‬ and this is my favorite pasta dish and it would be my absolute pleasure to share it with you! • Ingredients: • 2 lbs ground chuck • 1 large yellow onion • 12 baby carrots, or 3 whole carrots • 3-4 stalks of celery • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 can of San Marzano tomatoes • 1 cup white wine • 1/2 cup milk (I used whole milk) • 2 tbsp fish sauce • salt and pepper to taste • • Pasta Dough: • 2 C 00 flour • 1 whole egg • 2 egg yolks • Pasta: I made pappardelle, but you can use any pasta you prefer, except angel hair, I think it's not sturdy enough to withstand the sauce.
