I stuffed pork loin with tomato slices and cheese. For this recipe meat is marinated for about 12 hours before cooking. So, allow some time for that, you will not be disappointed. • DELICIOUS, try it! • PORK TENDERLOIN STUFFED WITH TOMATOES AND CHEESE • ๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“Œ INGREDIENTS: • • Pork (tenderloin/neck/loin) – 1 kg • • Hard cheese – 100 g • • Tomatoes – 2 pcs. • Marinade: • • Soy sauce – 5 tbsp • • Olive oil – 2 tbsp • • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp • • Mustard – 1 tbsp • • Dijon mustard (beans) – 1 tbsp. • • Garlic powder – 1 tsp • • Spices for meat – 1 tsp • • Ketchup – 1 tbsp. • • Ground black pepper – to taste • PREPARATION: • 1. LET'S PREPARE THE MARINADE: In a bowl, combine 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp. dry garlic, 1 tbsp. mustard and 1 tbsp. Dijen mustard and spices. Mix well • 2. Wash 1 kg of pork, dry with paper towels. If you want fattier and juicier meat, take the neck; if with a moderate amount of fat, the loin will do • 3. Make deep cuts every 1 cm, not reaching the bottom 1 cm. • 4. Brush the pork outside and inside the cuts with the previously prepared marinade • 5. Place the meat in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade • 6. It is enough to leave the meat for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature. It is better to leave it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. • 7. While the pork is marinating, cut the tomatoes into thin slices • 8. Cut the cheese into thin slices • 9. Place the meat on a sheet of parchment paper and a sheet of foil. Insert 1-2 slices of tomatoes and 1-2 slices of cheese into the cuts on the meat • 10. Wrap the meat in paper and then in foil and lift the edges up so that the meat juices do not leak out during baking • 11. Place the pork in a suitable sized baking dish. I took a form so that the meat lay tightly in it and did not lose its shape during baking • 12. Bake the stuffed meat in an oven heated to 190หšC for about 50 minutes. Then unfold the foil and return the meat to the oven for about 20 minutes until a golden crust appears on the surface. The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven, so use it as a guide • 13. Stuffed pork meat in the oven is ready.
