Burying Myself in Sand for 24h in the Philippines

This is a 24h Challenge that pushed me to my limit. While exploring the Philippines with the Fighterboys (A group of Expat YouTubers) I spent the night buried alive on the beach up to my neck. These types of challenges were made popular by MrBeast, but this one had a bit of a deeper meaning, and unfortunately there was no last one wins $10,000 dollar prize. (this time) • I wanted to try this crazy idea called voluntary discomfort. • By putting yourself through hard times on purpose, so when life comes knocking with a bag of bricks, you're ready. • People have coined this the Beach Challenge. • It was hard.
