This Assassin's Creed Valhalla game guide video shows where to find and how to rescue Fulke as a part of the Pilgrimage to St. Albanes main quest in the Oxenefordscire region. You can get inside by climbing the wall and shooting the stained glass window. There are 3 enemies inside, however you may stealth kill them quite easily. One of the enemies has a key to the crypt and the entrance is next to him. You'll encounter a monk in the crypt and if you don't want to fight him you can pay him or use Charisma level 2.
