Year: 2011 • Client: RC Cola • Agency: Blank Manila • 60sec • Production House: Hot Fresh • Director: Marc Debruyne • Post Production: MFX Malaysia http://www.mfx.st • Animation Director: Lau Kim San • Our role was to develop a full CG animation featuring fizz bubbles that resembled iconic images signature to the Philippines. The concept involved going on a journey through a 'cola-world' representing the Philippines. Taking from the concept board, we began developing a shootboard and initial 'fizz-bubble' tests during the pre-visualization stage. The challenge was to design the entire sequence as a smooth one-take shot.
