It is a transmission of the heart advice of one of the most praised Rimé (non-sectarian) masters of Tibet. Ordained as a Gelugpa monk the yogi Shabkar was roaming in the countryside of Tibet and Nepal. He was famous for his Dzogchen teachings, the heart practice of the Nyingma lineage.
