At the top of 20 Fenchurch Street in the City of London, you will find Sky Garden. This impressive building is one of the newest addition to the London Skyline and was designed by New York based, Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly in 2004. Sky Garden is, as they say, Londonˋs highest public garden.
